The thing is that oily skin can be dehydrated from the heat in a car, conditioners and hear dryer.
When skin is dehydrated she starts producing more oil to balance. The most affected area is T zone (forehead, nose, chin) for this reason is very important to hydrate and protect your skin and use toner a few time per day plus it shields skin from environmental assault.
